A new school playground is the fundraising focus behind this year’s Holy Spirit Community Fete in Ringwood North.
The volunteer-run event returns to Holy Spirit Community School on Saturday 10 October, from 10am to 5pm. Organisers say the fete will help support construction of the school’s new playground, connecting a day of community activities with a project for its students.
For visiting families, the advertised programme includes food stalls, stage entertainment, games, rides and an animal farm. The venue is 120 Oban Road, Ringwood North.

If rides are part of your plan, it is worth checking the advance wristband option. The organiser currently advertises an all-day ride wristband for $70 until Friday 9 October, compared with $100 on the day. The wristband includes the animal farm.
Adults accompanying children on rides also need a wristband or individual ride tickets. These are ride charges; they do not establish the cost of general admission.
